I've told you about my love affair with Yeah Burger on the Westside. I thought it couldn't get much better but it has. Yoforia has opened around the corner and is the perfect end to a perfect meal.
Yoforia in my opinion is the yogurt equivalent of getting a golden ticket to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. There are big machines that line a green tiled wall with levers that you get to pull to fill up your cup with whatever mixture of flavors you like.
I love the original tart flavor. It is such a nice contrast to all the mess of sweetness and chocolate and goo I am going to top it with. Then there is the candy counter filled with bins of every color and shape and flavor you could want on your yogurt.
Again, mix and fill until your masterpiece is complete. Then they weigh your cup and you pay by the weight. This is just magnificent. I have loved yogurt since TCBY was my grandmother's place to take me to get White Chocolate Mousse and whatever they had swirled it with that day. This takes frozen yogurt to a whole new level and I hope it stays there for quite a while. Oh, and the yogurt is all organic and nonfat so go ahead, add a few more toppings.
