The kids and I love to pick up beautiful fallen leaves. We are always bringing them home and pressing them in books and between paper towels etc. So, when I saw this idea of how to put our leaves to a great use on Alisa Burke's blog, we had to make one.
We used metallic markers to draw gently on our pressed leaves.
Then we attached the leaves to small pieces of scrapbook paper with elmers glue.
Finally, we punched a hole in each piece of paper and strung them up with twine.
Can't wait to display them for our Thanksgiving feast.
